Processing Time: Standard shipping orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges cover the cost of order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We may accommodate special requests, such as carrier specifications or future delivery dates, which may incur additional charges. However, we aim to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible for our customers.

Delivery Times: While we make our best effort to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Factors such as specific requests (e.g., monogramming) and carrier delays may affect delivery timelines. Shipments and deliveries are conducted on weekdays only.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States (excluding APO addresses). This promotion applies automatically at checkout and does not require a promo code.

Exclusions: Please note that Second-day and Next-day Shipping options are currently unavailable for post office boxes. Standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

  1. Delays with Shipping Carriers: While we strive to provide prompt shipping services, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

  2. International Duties or Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred for international shipments. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs office and are not within our control.

  3. Lost, Damaged, or Marked Delivered Items: In the event that an item is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, Ella Reign is not liable. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier for resolution. To initiate a claim with FedEx, please visit FedEx Claims Support. For UPS claims, please visit UPS Claims Support. For USPS claims, please visit USPS Claims Support.

Please note that while we will do our best to assist customers in resolving any shipping-related issues, ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.
